Returns & Exchange

You have the right to return these purchases within 14 days after receiving your products for a full refund or exchange with another item. You can do so for any reason – even if you simply changed your mind. Items must be in their original, unused, unsoiled condition. You can not return custom made or personalised items.
Unfortunately, we are not currently able to cover return postage costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect. We will however happily ship any exchange items free of charge.
Step 1: Send us an email at lepetitindigent@gmail.com with the title "Return" or "Exchange". Include in the email, the links or names of the products you want to return or exchange.
Step 2: Call the delivery company of your choice and send the item to this address:

Step 3: Once we have taken receipt of your return we aim to process the Exchange or Refund within 7 working days. If you require an exchange of an item and we have stock available, a replacement will be sent out.

Aveti dreptul de a returna produsele in 14 zile de la data primirii lor. Puteti alege intre a schimba produsul sau restituirea banilor. Puteri returna produsele fara nici un motiv, chiar si daca v-ati razgandit. Produsele trebuie sa fie nepurtate, fara urme de uzura sau pete. Produsele personalizate sau facute la specificatiile clientilor nu pot fi returnate.
Plata transportului retur este in responsabilitatea cumparatorului. Orice produs schimbat este trimis gratuit catre client.
Pasul 1: Trimiteti un email la lepetitindigent@gmail.com cu titlul "Retur" sau "Schimb". Includeti in email linkurile sau denumirea produsele pe care vreti sa le returnati sau schimbati.
Pasul 2: Chemati orice curier doriti si trimiteti produsul la adresa: Strada: I. D. Mendeelev, Numarul: 26, Apartament: 1, Cod postal: 010365, Oras: Bucharest, Romania. Telefon: +40726731818
Step 3: Cand produsul ajunge in posesia noastra vom procesa schimbul sau returul in maxim 7 zile lucratoare. Daca doriti un schimb de produse aflate in stoc, acestea vor fi trimise gratuit catre dumneavoastra.
